When can I expect my order?
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Once the order has a shipping label, you will receive your tracking information.

How can I check the status of my order?
If you create an account with Aara’s Essentials, you can log into your account to check the status of your order. You can also use your order confirmation email or shipment email to track your order.
What do I do when my order is missing an item?
Oops! If your order is missing an item and it is in stock, please contact us. Provide your order number and the missing item, and we will ship the item to you. If you ordered an item that unfortunately became out of stock before your order could be fulfilled, an Aara’s representative will contact you to either suggest a substitute item or provide a refund.
What steps should I take to exchange or return an item/order?
As stated under our policies, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges due to sanitation and public health reasons.
If I make a purchase online, can I pick up my order locally?
Yes, you can pick up an online order at Studio 137 with Aara’s Essentials, located at 5111 Millbranch Road. When you place your online order, select Pick Up instead of shipping. You can select a Pick Up time during checkout.
